The response has fewer fields than expected

The meta object is missing

The meta object is available on the BLAPI-150KPM plan and the BLAPI-500KPM plan. On the BLAPI-30KPM plan and the free tier, the response does not contain it. See The longer_bin_available signal.

Fields are null

null values are normal. The data source does not have this information for the BIN. The fields brand, category, currency, and all issuer fields can be null.

A field is missing completely

All fields in the data object are always present. If a field is missing, contact support with the BIN and the time of the request.
