I did not get an invitation or quota email

Our emails come from noreply@binlookupapi.com and support@binlookupapi.com. Add these addresses to your safe list.

Invitation emails

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Ask the owner to check the email address in Pending Invitations.
3. Ask the owner to cancel the invitation and send a new one.

An invitation expires after 7 days. See Invite teammates.

Quota emails

We send quota emails to owners and billing managers only. Check your role in Settings. See Quota email notifications.
