My CSV upload failed

Messages and solutions
| Message | Solution |
|---|---|
| Choose a CSV file to upload | Select a file before you start. |
| The CSV file is empty | Add at least one BIN to the file. |
| The CSV file must be 1 MB or smaller | Split the file into smaller files. |
| CSV contains no data rows | Add at least one row with a BIN. A header row alone is not enough. |
| CSV has more than 2,000 data rows | Reduce the file to 2,000 rows or fewer. |
| Daily quota exceeded | Wait for the daily reset at 00:00 UTC, or reduce the number of rows. |
| Lookup backend error | Try again later. If the error continues, contact support. |
File format
- Save the file as CSV with UTF-8 encoding.
- Put one BIN in each row, in one column.
- Remove extra columns.
