Delete your organisation or account

You cannot delete an organisation or an account from the dashboard at this time. Contact support to request a deletion.

Before you request a deletion

  1. Cancel your subscription.
  2. Revoke your API keys.
  3. Download the invoices that you need.

How to request a deletion

Send an email to support@binlookupapi.com. Include:

  • The name of the organisation.
  • The email address of an owner.

We confirm the deletion by email.
