Make your first BIN lookup

This article shows how to go from a new account to a successful API response in five steps.
Step 1: Sign in
Sign in to the dashboard at https://app.binlookupapi.com with Google or Microsoft.
Step 2: Create an API key
- Go to API Keys.
- Enter a name for the key. For example,
Development. - Select Create Key.
- Copy the key. The dashboard shows the full key one time only.
Step 3: Send a request
The dashboard shows a curl command with your new key. Run this command in your terminal. Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your key.

Step 4: Read the response
The response contains the card data for the BIN.
