Subscribe to a plan

This article gives the steps to subscribe your organisation to a plan.

Who can subscribe

Only an owner or a billing manager can subscribe. See Roles explained.

Steps

1. Go to Billing.
2. Select a plan.
3. Complete the payment form.
4. Return to the dashboard.

Your new daily limit is active immediately.

Promotion codes

You can enter a promotion code on the payment form. See Use a promotion code.

Tax ID or VAT number

You can add a tax ID or VAT number on the payment form. You can also add it later in the customer portal.

Payment provider

We use Stripe for payments. We do not store your card details.
