Accept an invitation

An owner invited you to an organisation. This article gives the steps to join.

Steps

1. Open the email from BINLookupAPI.
2. Select the link in the email.
3. Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Use the same email address as the invitation.
4. Select Accept.

The dashboard of the organisation opens.

Decline an invitation

Select Decline on the invitation page. You can then create your own organisation.

Messages

Message	Meaning	What to do
Invitation mismatch	You signed in with a different email address.	Sign out. Sign in with the invited address.
Invitation unavailable	The invitation expired, or a member cancelled it.	Ask the owner for a new invitation.
